Coach K after sneaking by last night to win #901 put his Blue Devils of Duke right back on the court  Saturday and had a easy time in Tying Bobby knight for the all time wins in college basketball.  His chance to break the record  will be Tuesday against Michigan State in Madison Square Garden.  How bout those Spartans  playing Carolina and Duke within four days of each other.

Did anybody else notice this but me?  Did the court on the Carl Vinson look small to you like it did me?  I think they want to make this an annual event playing on a Carrier on Veteran's day but I think they might not be so lucky with the weather.

How bout that Wolfpack they head up to Boston and lay and egg.  In the past three games they have scored 0 against Florida State, 13 against Carolina and that powerhouse defense from Boston College they got ten points.  I think there are time that you have to throw the ball more than three yards beyond the line of scrimmage.

A full day of activity went on at the RMHS gym as the Gryphons host a boys basketball jamboree.  I think you can look for both Northern Nash and Rocky Mount girls to be very good this year.  The Gryphon boys made it to the regional last year.  They may have a better team than last year.

I hate to have to pass this along but I got the score right when I said the soccer game between Jacksonville and Hunt would be 2-1.  That's the final Jaxsonville has beaten Hunt two straight years in in round four and they will play none other than Cardinal Gibbons for the Eastern State title next.
