Sectional Basketball Things you need to know:

1:    Rocky Mount Lady Gryphons have won 18 games in a row. 
2:    They have not lost in 2012.
3:    Friday night will be their second straight Sectional final both at home
4:    This will be their fifth match up  of the season with Northern Nash.
5:    The third straight Friday night in a row to play the Fighting Lady Knights.
6:    This will be Northern second straight Sectional Final 1-0
7:    Northern Nash has not lost a regular season game to anyone not named Rocky Mount in two years.
8:    Rocky Mount is 23-2 and Northern 20-3 heading into the sectional final.
9:    Four of their five losses between them have come  from each other.
10:    4-A Millbrook beat Rocky Mount first game of the season.
11:  Regardless of the winner the Big East will send a girls team to Regional for the second year in a row.
12:  Big East is 5-0 so far in State Tournament with the only loss Hunt losing at Rocky Mount.
13:  Nash Central girls will be playing in their second Sectional finals in school history.
14:  Once they play West Craven they will have played 7 games against teams with 5 losses on the season. 
15:  Rocky Mount  two losses, played three times.  Northern Nash three losses played three times and   
       West Craven undefeated.
16: Rocky Mount boys have won 15 games in a row.
17: They have not lost in 2012.
18: Rocky Mount boys and girls basketball teams are a combined 30-0 in 2012.
19: This is the third straight Sectional final for the Rocky Mount boys.
20: They are 2-0 in those Sectional Finals and both were at home.
21: Rocky Mount and Hertford County played twice during the regular season.
22: Rocky Mount won both games.
23: Hertford County is 21-4 on the season
24: Girls Sectional Final Northern Nash at Rocky Mount Tip off at 6pm Friday
25: Boys Sectional Final  ten minutes after girls game.
26: If you are coming to support Hertford County you had better be there by 5.30 to get a seat.
27: Reason Northern -Rocky Mount girls have played in front of a sellout crowd the last two Friday nights
