This is the second year in a row that Rocky Mount swept Hunt during the regular season only to lose the tournament championship to the Lady Warriors.
Rocky Mount heads into the high school playoffs and if they win they will for sure have two home games and there would be a good chance a third but the Lady Gryphons have never advanced past the second round in their history. Heading into the playoffs the Gryphons will carry a 19-5 record and open playoff play Tuesday.
