The Lady Gryphons have played both of those teams this year beating Hertford County in two rather close games while losing both of the South Central games by 59-52 and 59-55.
There is no problem for the Gryphon boys when it comes to depth. Currituck with a 2-21 record gave Rocky Mount little resistance tonight as Mike Gainey play all fifteen players all game long and 13 players scored in the first half. Even in the fourth quarter when mostly third teamers trickle in a few second teamers and the Gryphons out scored Currituck in the fourth quarter.

Rocky Mount boys will be
Girls are at home at 7.00pm Wednesday and boys travel to Dudley.
The rest of the conference went by seeding all the teams who had home games won and all that were
Northern Nash Girls wait for the winner of the C B Aycock/West Carteret winner. If Aycock wins Northern travels there Wednesday night. Fike lost at Havelock 74-67 and at this writing we have no Hunt score.
Tops seeds won while the lower seeds all lost which leaves Rocky Mount and Hunt still playing for the boys and Rocky Mount and Northern Nash Still alive for the girls.
